Formerly 'Partners in Parenting (PIP), it's now 'SPRUCE – Substance Use Parent Services. SPRUCE provides counselling, case management, and outreach to pregnant or parenting individuals navigating substance use challenges. The program is flexible, tailored to diverse needs, and collaborates closely with support networks.
