Your privacy is important to Pathways Patient Referral Association (referred to as “we” or “us” in this Privacy Notice) and the purpose of this Privacy Notice is to tell you about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you us our website, pathwaysbc.ca (the “Services”). Please note we have a separate privacy policy that applies to personal information we collect after you log in and access our referral tracker and special directory services.


What does this Privacy Notice cover?

This Privacy Notice sets out how we handle personally information that we collect when you are using our Services. Please note that nothing in this Privacy Notice will limit our right to collect, use and disclose your personal information as permitted by law.

Will we ever change this Privacy Notice?

We are constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will alert you to changes by posting the revised Privacy Notice on pathwaysbc.ca and changing the “Last Revised” date at the top. Our use and disclosure of personal information we collect now, is subject to the Privacy Notice in effect at the time we use or disclose that personal information.
