Take a Break Support Group - For Caregivers of Children and Youth with Mental Health or Substance Use Issues

A support group for parents and caregivers of children and youth (up to age 25) experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Take a Break is a support group where you can meet other caregivers/parents, make connections, share experiences, and learn enhanced coping skills. Topics of discussion include:
  • Mental health issues
  • Substance use
  • Strategies for mental wellness
  • Boundary setting
  • Communication skills
