Low cost counselling provided by practicum therapists.
The cost to see a practicum therapist is $45. A practicum therapist is completing her/his Masters degree in Counselling and acquiring experience hours for graduation and registration.
There is no cost to join the on-line Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group if you are seeing either a practicum or regular therapist from the agency on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. DBT is valuable to provide skills to deal with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and other mental health issues. The group has a continuous intake process.
